The singer donned a gorgeous icy blue Elie Saab gown from the Spring 2012 Couture collection.

The exquisite sequined boat-neck gown accentuated with a matching skinny belt has elbow-length sleeves, a V-open back and a flowing long train.

She only added delicate dangling diamond earrings and a matching bracelet to let the dress speak for itself.

Her contrasting blue hair was pulled up in a classy updo with lots of volume and pastel pink lips emphasised the ultra ladylike vibe.

This is a very elegant ensemble from Katy, compared to some of her flirty looks in the past.

I just wish she would have at least touch up her roots...
