Her sexy dress revealed some skin through the cut-outs on the shoulders and at the waist.

She styled her hair into an elegant updo with a soft bouffant. Her make-up included bronze eyeshadow and nude lip colour.

H. Stern jewels accessorized her look.

Amber also attended the 2012 Directors Guild of America Awards the evening before, where she looked gorgeous in a Roland Mouret dress.
